Group and Personal Policies
Most plans provide for chiropractic care and will pay a percentage of the costs. As a courtesy, we will verify your coverage and submit all claims, following up in every way possible to see that your insurance carrier meets their obligation for payment.
Managed Care Plans
Our office is a participating provider in many managed care plans in the area. We are well qualified to answer any questions you may have about your HMO, PPO or POS plans.
Personal Injury
We will file all necessary auto, accident, and health insurance policies for you.
Workers Compensation
If you are injured at work, costs related to your care are usually covered 100% by your employer's worker's compensation carrier. We are experienced in the additional reports and forms needed for on-the-job injuries.
Medicare
We will submit your claims and, if you have a supplemental policy, medicare will usually forward that on to your insurance company.
Medicaid
We are a provider with the Iowa Medicaid Title XIX program and will process all the forms and claims needed.
